After the huge success of the first edition of India Maritime Week (IMW) which was organised in 2012 at New Delhi, the stage is now set for the second edition of the India Maritime Week (IMW). The five-day mega maritime event will start on January 28, 2014, at JW Marriott Aerocity, New Delhi, India.

The first edition, organized by Gateway Media and co-organised by the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India, brought together both international and Indian maritime community over a week-long voyage of conferences, dialogues, exhibitions and social events and derived ways and propelled new initiatives in achieving our larger maritime goals put forward in Maritime Agenda 2020 to serve the economic and strategic needs of our nation. Celebrating India's maritime heritage, IMW provided sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, delegates and supporting organisations with opportunities unlike any other event of its kind in the Indian maritime space.

With significant recognition and acknowledgment throughout IMW, our sponsors were highlighted as true partners of the event and as leading stakeholders spearheading the cause of uplifting the Indian maritime trade and industry. India Maritime Week 2012 brought together 109 national & internatioal speakers, 19 associations & government bodies, 19 sponsors, 15 exhibitors, and a total participation of 410 delegates from across various ministries, maritime industry, trade and the stakeholding community.
